My dog has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and has been given 30 days to live. I decided a trip to Bass Pro Shops would be a really nice treat for him. So i looked up online if they were pet friendly i came to this page so drove the 16 miles to Bass Pro shops in Mesa Az to walk in and be told only service dogs were allowed in the store. To say i was disappointed is an understatement! You should list which stores are the exceptions to your rules about being pet friendly 32 miles is a long drive for a sick dog to make for nothing!

Bass Pro Shops is NOT for dogs!
I called several locations in florida to see if i can take my 4m old pup with me and all of them told me they were not pet friendly due to selling food items and having a restaurant in the store. Im very upset i live in miami and would of drove to any Bass Pro just to have my pup with me.

Bass Pro is NOT pet friendly!! My husband took my 10-lb dog and me there to pass the time while he ran a work errand close by (we had the dog with us because we were on our way out of town on vacation). He had seen dogs in there before, and thought it would be OK. I had checked the website, which says they "love dogs", and welcome leashed dogs. Just to be safe, I called to check their pet policy, but it was right at 9:00 am and I couldn't reach a person on the phone. I arrived at 9:00 am, only to be turned around at the door! It turns out that the only pet-friendly part of the store is the LOBBY!! My dog and I had to sit and wait for an hour and a half until my husband returned. I couldn't even use the restroom. The website information is false and completely misleading. As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Bass Pro over the years, this is a slap in the face!
