Spring Fishing Classic

Calling all people who like to fish! Calling all people who want to fish! Calling all people who would like to learn about fishing! That's right! We are calling on all our customers to come out to the 2013 Spring Fishing Classic! The Spring Fishing Classic will be held from February 22nd to March 10th. During this time, we will have fishing tips and techniques from our local fishing pros, BassMaster University (tips and techniques from professional fishermen), and finish it all up with a weekend full of kid's events!  Join us to start the weekend off with free fishing seminars. Below is the seminar schedule:

During the Fishing Classic, don't forget to register to our sweepstakes. You could "Win a Fishing Trip with Tony Stewart". This prize is awarded at the national level. Each store will be awarding a first place prize. You could win a fishing bundle that includes a KVD Plano Tackle System, a Bass Pro Shops Stainless Steel Tool Set, a Bass Pro Shops Enigma Smart Cast Baitcast Reel, a Strike King KVD 11-piece Angler of the Year Kit, a Coca-Cola Package, and two ticket to a local race.

Other promotions, during the Spring Fishing Classic, include Reel Trade-In days February 22nd-February 27th. Rod Trade-In days March 1 - March 5th.

The second weekend of the Fishing Classic, our store will feature a line-up of professional fishermen that is sure to get you off that couch and into the store! Here is the list of the second weekend seminars and the teacher's who will be teaching them:

                            2 pm The Use of Crawfish Colors - When & Why - Dennis Tietje

 

Then, last but, certainly not least, our third weekend is our kid's weekend! We will host the Next Generation weekend on March 9th & March 10th. Events will include a catch & release pond, free 4 x 6 picture, kids seminars, free crafts, and coloring sheets. Kids seminars will be held on both Saturday and Sunday and will be taught by our Bass Pro Shops fishing team. Here are the class times: Sat. & Sun. 1 pm The Fun of Fishing
