Nothing beats breakfast, especially in Corina's Kitchen!
Smokey Sausage & Scrambled Eggs Serves 6
1 Tbsp- Melted Butter or Oil
1/2 Cup- Sausage, cooked and sliced
1/4 Cup- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup- Diced Tomatoes
6- Beaten Eggs
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup- Grated Chedder Cheese
1 Tbsp- Tabasco Sauce
- Heat Butter or Oil in Pan over medium heat
- Saute sausage, bacon and tomatoes until heated through
- Add eggs, tabasco, salt and pepper
- Scramble mixture and top with chedder cheese
- Enjoy!
Don't forget to toast some thick sliced white bread to enjoy this even more!
