Texas Herb Rub
Looking for some extra flavour on your meat? Try Corina's special Texas Herb Rub. With a pinch of pepper this seasoning is bound to make your mouth water!
1 Tsp- Oregano Leaves
1 Tsp- Dried Thyme Leaves
1 Tsp- Paprika
1 Tsp- Salt
1/2 Tsp- Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp- Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp- Ground White Pepper
1/2 Tsp- Fresh Coarsley Ground Pepper
1/4 Tsp- Ground Red Pepper
Combine all ingredients, rub onto surface of meat 5-10 minutes before grilling or roasting
